Yes, you can make changes before its gone for production. Unfortunately, once your order has gone into production, we cannot make changes to the design. We advise reviewing your design carefully before approving it for production to ensure it meets your specifications.

Do you offer returns for custom-made products?

Due to the nature of custom-made products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with the quality or craftsmanship of your custom sweatshirt, please contact us within 30 days, and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter. How can I place an order for a custom one-line art sweatshirt?

Our customization process typically takes 2-3 business days for design approval and 10-12 business days for production. Once your sweatshirt is ready, it will be shipped to your address, with delivery usually taking 2-5 business days depending on your location.

What are the embroidery options available?

We offer two placement options for embroidery: Center and Left Chest. The Center placement provides a bold statement with a spacious 10x6 in/25x15 cm embroidery area, while the Left Chest offers a subtle touch with a compact 4x4 in/10x10 cm embroidery area. You can choose the placement that best suits your style.
